This brings me to the reason we do Hope for the Holidays every year. It is all about Christmas. It's a time to give and be with family and friends. Each year Hope bring competitors in from all over the U.S. As much as it is about the contest it's also about spending time with friends and meeting new ones. This is one of my favorite parts of being involved in strongman. I love meeting all of you. Ok it's the best part.
