Your United States Strongman is at it again! The Four Horsemen of the USS Revolution have struck another deal to benefit you, the athlete. (Okay, let's be honest, this is starting to get a little like deja vu!) The Prez, Willie Wessels has negotiated an agreement with the leadership from Strongman Champions League for opportunities for American athletes to compete overseas!
USS has already been sending athletes to the 90 and 105 KG Worlds via USS Nationals for the past two years, MW Champ Gary Piotrowski will be competing at a 105 KG Worlds qualifier in South Africa later this year, and now the flood gates have literally opened up for USS HW and SHW athletes. Starting in just 3 weeks at Rocky Mountains Strongest we will have a spot to an SCL for the overall HW/SHW winner. Van Hatfield will paying airfare for the worthy athlete to travel to Serbia on July 8th. And in just 85 days the podiums for the SHW and HW at USS Nationals in Detroit, MI will be filled with opportunity. The top 3 winners in the SHW and HW division will earn a spot overseas. Up for grabs are SCL shows in Canada, Finland, Portugal and Romania. Plus, there will be two other contests later in the year that will send athletes to SCL shows in Martinique and Bahrain. If you want opportunity, well here it is again!
